Redspice Tofu Fillet


1 packet of tofu

1 Tbsp coconut oil

1 Tbsp Redspice

2 Tbsp Alderson's Morepork sauce



Heat coconut oil in a frypan over medium heat. Remove tofu from packet and cut in half. Cover generously in Redspice. Cook tofu over a medium until it begins to brown, then lower heat and begin to baste in Morepork sauce using a pastry brush. Continue to fry until tofu has reached the desired colour.
