Redspice Garlic Bread
A loaf of day-old bread (we prefer sourdough)
1 tbsp Redspice
2 garlic bulbs, diced
Salt and pepper
Handful of fresh herbs - oregano, thyme, parsley, basil)
Slash the bread into squares forming a criss-cross pattern, but not cutting all the way through. Melt butter and add garlic, salt and pepper. Slather between each section and push herbs into the gaps. Sprinkle over Redspice, drizzle with olive oil and wrap completely in tinfoil. Bake at 170 degrees until brown and crispy.
